Swati Bedekar felicitated at She Rise
The ex-IFUWA President Mrs Swati Bedekar, known as the Padwoman of India, was felicitated by the Times of India group on March 10, 2024 at the event 'She Rise', held in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
TOI honoured exemplary woman achievers who shattered glass ceilings and faced innumerable challenges to leave indelible marks in their fields.
IFUWA announces the Sushil Bhardwaj Doctoral Research Scholarship (2024)
IFUWA alongwith Dr Purnima Bhardwaj has instituted two Scholarships in the name of Late Dr Mrs Sushil Bhardwaj, as per the following specifications:
No of scholarships: Two
Value : To a maximum of Rs.90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand only) for each candidate, payable in three instalments of Rupees Thirty Thousand every year.
Duration Three years (may be extended under exceptional cases).
Meena Muthaiyya Scholarship
Applications from eligible candidates are invited for the Meena Muthaiyya Scholarship in the prescribed format duly forwarded by the respective University Womens’ Association (UWA) on or before August 11, 2023.
