UWA Nagpur was established in 1950. Its major activities are as follows

Workshops for women empowerment
Gond Painting, Jewellery Making, Mask Making, Block, Screen, Batik and Tie & Dye Printing, Fabric Painting, Nutritious Recipes

Fashion Shows
To promote upcoming young designers, to promote khadi, handloom fabric and organise fashion shows by cancer survivors

Major Project
To train differently abled teenagers of SVK Sanstha in Block, screen, Batik and Tie & Dye Printing and make them economically independent. The major focus of this project is to sensitise the society about people with special needs, to offer various skill training programs to the mentally challenged and help them with employment opportunities.
